The editing of this executive project on Villa Valguarnera, Bagheria, one of the most important Italian listed monumental landmarks, has required the coordination of the architects and urban planners and steady relationships with the 'Monuments and Fine Arts Office' for the philological restoration
The situation of social instability and strong external pressures has required between 1996 and 2002 the institution of an endless number of legal proceedings to defend this unique site and the dealing of financial and administrative tasks of great complexity
