ASSAIF, the oldest Islamic finance consultancy in Europe, represents a truly unique proposition in the Islamic finance landscape as it joins the implementation of Shariah-compliant contractual relations with the aims and goals advocated by Islamic political economy. The long experience in Islamic, conventional and ethical finance enables them to provide informed opinion and analysis with an intellectually inclusive approach

On the other hand, ASSAIF is a not-for-profit think-tank that proactively pushes the boundaries of Islamic finance research in some key areas, such as the nature of money and the monetary system, accountancy, social design, microtakaful and microfinance

With its activities ASSAIF aims to strengthen the strategic role of Italy in the Mediterranean Sea and to facilitate the economic and financial relations between Italy and the Arab world. It also disseminates the culture of diversity and encourages the development of new forms of governance that take into account the financial inclusion of the immigrant Muslim community in full compliance with their cultural requirements
